Hello Class!
Welcome to our class blog. On this blog each person will be able to record just how healthy their lifestyles are everyday. Each person will write a journal entry on each day of the week that will follow the guidelines of the MyPyramid Worksheet given out in class. The journal should include:
1. The food you ate (especially something unusual or new that you had never tasted before).
2. Was it healthy or unhealthy?
3. Did you do an activity or exercise?
